Original, John Tejada, Pezzner & Patch Park remixesVariance proudly presents the return of Darren Emerson & Jamie McHugh for what is undoubtedly our biggest release so far. “Where We Came From” is an early 90′s/Chicago influenced, acid house tear-up, that has already found favour with Dubfire & James Zabiela. The combination of bubbling acid lines, clattering persussion, eery synths and old skool keys combine to make this a stand out track. 

The remixes are very special indeed with John Tejada, Pezzner & Patch Park delivering diverse yet equally outstanding versions. John Tejada returns to his roots with a rich analouge soundscape for a classic sounding remix, In his own words “I took a trip in my mind to give you a taste of where I’m from”. Pezzner takes us deeper with an undulating hypnotic bassline, twisted vox snippets and trademark synths proving his credentials as one of the hottest producers around while Variance favourite Patch Park follows his excellent “Curb” EP with a techno showdown to complete the rout.
